# Creating a Document

Currently, the only supported documents you can currently create are:
* Word Documents
* Excel Documents
* Powerpoint Documents
* Plain text files

<p class="callout info">Note: All of the file types except for plain text documents can be exported as a .pdf</p>

To create a document, navigate to the folder where you want your document, then click the `+` at the top of the files window and select the type of document you would like to create. Enter the name you would like to give to the file, then press `Enter`.
